GETTING TO AND FROM THE CONCERT BUSWEST BUS SERVICEWe expect the road system in and around Sandalford Estate, Swan Valley to be very heavily congested between 12.30pm and 3.00pm and afterwards between 10.00pm and 11.00pm. We strongly encourage guests to therefore to take advantage of the shuttle bus services provided by Buswest to / from a number of key locations across Perth. The cost is only $25.
Why not less Buswest take the hassle/ stress of getting to and from Sandalford? Those travelling by bus will receive priority access into our Estate via the local road network and then once you arrive priority entry into the concert venue.
You will also get priority departure out of Sandalford Estate after the concert meaning you should get home sooner than most.

Buses depart at 12:15pm and will arrive at Sandalford Winery in the Swan Valley.
All buses will depart the venue 30 minutes after the show finishes.

Taxi, Limo and Other drop off arrangements ALL Drops Offs are only possible at the Drop Off Location accessible via the West Swan Road entry.
If you do decide to drive to the event, please allow enough time to get to the venue and park you car, and expect delays of between 40-50 minutes in getting into and out of the venue after the show.
VIP TicketholdersYou will have a separate and dedicated parking area and entry to the venue. Entry is off Reid Highway, via the Harris Rd. Please present your VIP ticket on entry to gain access into the entrance.
ACROD Access: ACROD parking is limited so please allow plenty of time to get to the venue in advance to secure a spot. If you hold a disabled parking sticker, your designated parking location is the White House Parking lot. Show your ACROD sticker to traffic marshals when entering the White House Car Park and they will be able to give you a further directions. Please be aware that this is an outdoor venue with undulating hills so it may be necessary to attend the event with assistance.
There is no camping on site and all patrons must depart the venue after the show.
WHAT TO BRING

- Empty water bottles for use at venue water stations
- Non Alcoholic Beverages - you can bring an amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you. Please note no glass bottles will be permitted, or plastic bottles that have had their seal broken. Sealed cans or plastic bottles of soft drink are ok.
- Comfortable shoes as Sandalford Estate is an outdoor, grassed venue
- Camp chair or picnic rug.
- Cash for merchandise.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
- Glass – except for small containers for food stuffs
- Alcohol
- Illicit drugs
- Aerosol cans
- Unsealed plastic bottles or cans
- Umbrellas
- Furniture including but not limited to tents, gazebos or inflatable structures
- Poles, sticks, banners or signs over A4 in size
- Metal cutlery
- Confetti or torn paper
- Weapons of any kind
- Cameras with detachable lenses and / or tripods, video cameras and audio recording equipment or any other equipment deemed by the Promoter to be “professional” in nature
- Musical instruments, air horns, megaphones, drums etc
- Fireworks, flares or explosives
- Balls (including inflatables), sporting equipment, bicycles, skateboards etc
- Animals – except for authorised Guide/Companion animals
- Any item which is reasonably considered by the Promoter as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to any other person attending the event.

On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance in accessing the concert site. Please note Sandalford Estate is a winery and there are some uneven surfaces and inclines. Our staff is there to help. Alcohol:You may not bring in or leave with any alcohol whatsoever. Sandalford is a fully licenced venue.
ATM: There will be ATM on site however we urge you to bring cash in case of long queues.
Bags: Will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.
Box Office: One box office will be in operation and located near GATE 1. The box office will open at 1pm on 13the January only.
We are expecting large crowds on the weekend so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketek outlet. Visit www.ticketek.com.au for a full list of collection agencies.
Cloakroom Facilities: Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.
Regular flasks with coffee/tea may be permitted.
Pass Outs:
There will be no pass outs for this event.
Photo ID:
Will be required to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because Sandalford Estate is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take bottles of wine from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.
Weather:
The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.
LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW
As mentioned above please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue if you are driving. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.
