Key points to note:
Strictly no alcohol can be removed from the venue after the concert accordance in accordance with very strict liquor licencing conditions set by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor
If you are driving please allow plenty of extra time to get into the venue before the concert (expect delays as there are also many other activities taking place elsewhere in the Swan Valley) and afterwards please exercise patience on departure (it will probably take 40 minutes for guests to leave)
Babies under the age of 2 are permitted free of charge without a ticket. Children aged 3-17 must have a valid ticket. Have a wonderful time and plenty of fun but please respect your fellow guests and our staff at all times
GETTING TO AND FROM THE CONCERT
BUSWEST BUS SERVICE
Make your experience the best it can possibly be by using the Sandalford Shuttle via Buswest. Buswest will pick up from various locations around the metro area and drop off at Sandalford; and then drop you back after the show. For details and bus bookings contact Buswest.
ACROD parking is limited so please allow plenty of time to get to the venue in advance to secure a spot. If you hold a disabled parking sticker, your designated parking location is the White House Parking lot. Show your ACROD sticker to traffic marshals when entering the White House Car Park and they will be able to give you a further directions. Please be aware that this is an outdoor venue with undulating hills so it may be necessary to attend the event with assistance.
There is no camping on site and all patrons must depart the venue after the show.
WHAT TO BRING
Sunscreen and sun hat
Empty water bottles for use at venue water stations
Non Alcoholic Beverages - you can bring an amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you. Please note no glass bottles will be permitted, or plastic bottles that have had their seal broken. Sealed cans or plastic bottles of soft drink are ok.
Comfortable shoes as Sandalford Estate is an outdoor, grassed venue
Cash for merchandise.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Unsealed plastic bottles or cans
Furniture including but not limited to tents, gazebos or inflatable structures
Poles, sticks, banners or signs
Confetti or torn paper
Weapons of any kind
Cameras with detachable lenses and / or tripods, video cameras and audio recording equipment or any other equipment deemed by the Promoter to be “professional” in nature
Musical instruments, air horns, megaphones, drums etc
Fireworks, flares or explosives
Balls (including inflatables), sporting equipment, bicycles, skateboards etc
Animals – except for authorised Guide/Companion animals
Any item which is reasonably considered by the Promoter as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to any other person attending the event.
Camp chair or picnic rug. This show is fully reserved seating.
ASSISTANCE FOR MOBILITY IMPAIRED / WHEELCHAIR PATRONS
Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and in some cases beach areas, and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However being accompanied by a carer is recommended. Parking for ACROD or wheelchair patrons is not always assured, however in the absence of parking close to the gates, alternatives will be provided. We strongly advise that you advise the ticketing agent, when purchasing your ticket, if you are in a wheelchair or need assistance, so we can contact you prior to the event.
We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lane at the main entrance, accessible toilet facilities, marked pathways to navigate around the concert site and a dedicated viewing area if you wish to utilise it.
On show day, our customer service staff will be available if you need assistance. Please email email@example.com if you wish to pre arrange assistance or have any further enquiries prior to the event day.
If relevant, please make sure that you bring all of your necessary medical devices with proper documentation. All medication must be properly labeled with the persons holding the medication name on it. There will be a First Aid tent on site attended by medical professionals should you need medial assistance or a private area.

Service Hours: Monday - Saturday 9am - 8pm; Sunday 9am - 5pm AEST (closed Christmas / Boxing Day)
You may not bring in or leave with any alcohol whatsoever. Sandalford is a fully licenced venue.
There will be ATM on site however we urge you to bring cash in case of long queues. Cash and card will eb accepted at bars, and cash only at merchandise.
Will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.
One box office will be in operation and located near GATE 1.
We are expecting large crowds so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.
This is a completely reserved seating show. Please dont bring fold up chairs or blankets.
Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.
Babies up to the age of 2 are permitted free of charge without a ticket but cannot occupy a seat. Children aged 3-17 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no children's ticket price for this concert.
Food & Beverages & Water:
Sandalford Estate is a fully catered venue with a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles or plastic or foam cups for this purpose. You may bring your own snack food in a small esky or plastic container/cooler bag so long as it can fit under your seat. You may bring your own SEALED cans or plastic bottles of non alcoholic beverages. You may NOT bring metal cutlery or glass or large eskies.
First Aid will be in attendance – please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.
Are not permitted.
There will be no pass outs for this event.
Will be required to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because Sandalford Estate is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take bottles of wine from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.
Taxi, Limo and Other drop off arrangements
ALL Drops Offs are only possible at the Drop Off Location accessible via the West Swan Road entry.
If you do decide to drive to the event, please allow enough time to get to the venue and park you car, and expect delays of between 40-50 minutes in getting into and out of the venue after the show.
You will have a separate and dedicated parking area and entry to the venue. Entry is off Reid Highway, via the Harris Rd. Please present your VIP ticket on entry to gain access into the entrance.
The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.
