QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR TICKET

Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law. Generally refunds will only be approved if an event has been cancelled, substantially relocated or postponed. There will be a time frame within which to claim a refund and you must deal with the ticketing agent for the refund. You must be the original purchaser of the tickets. Refunds generally will not be considered if the event has changed due to state government or health department mandated changes due to COVID - this could mean anything from a change in seating arrangements, playing times, what patrons can and cannot bring to the event, among other changes. If the show goes ahead on the same date and venue, with COVID safe changes, refunds generally will not be considered.
Refunds will not be considered if you simply cannot attend, even if you are unwell. If you cannot use your ticket, you are able to gift it to someone or sell it (within your states legal requirements) to some one without changing the name on the ticket. Making a Booking - If you have accessible booking requirements, including wheelchair and/or companion card requirements; or if you need special assistance at a concert please advise Ticketmaster and register if you are in a wheelchair or mobility or sight impaired.

We accept Companion Cards at all events. Please also notify Ticketmaster if you are coming with a group of friends so we can make suitable arrangements.

Unfortunately as most of our events are outdoor concerts with infrastructure that is usually dismantled immediately after the event ends, we are simply unable to track and follow up on lost property after the event. If you lose property during an event you can ask one of our staff at the front gates, merchandise booth, or security tent, to enquire if someone has handed any items in. However we are unable to assist after the event has ended.
